You know, I realized something.
People have complained over the years that video game stereotypes plague the majority of everything VG related. One that comes to mind in particular is the "Chosen One" complex.
Some way, some how, the main character is always the ONE to solve all of the problems plaguing the plot. I have heard complaints, even in gaming magazines.
Okay, hold that thought to the side for a moment.
In many official and unofficial reviews and a rare few previews of Final Fantasy 12, there have been complaints on how Vaan is so "along for the ride." Basically, his problem is solved near the beginning of the story, and he's just there putting in his half-cent here and there.
Now, put together these two thoughts, and tell me if they mesh.
Has Squeenix (curse the name) actually listened to the public? Has the public become hypocritical?
Or have I just become a rambling fool with no true substance to the debate?

i aint seen much on ff12 :/ but. when you say Vaan (i assume the main character) is kinda the anti hero (correct me if im wrong) i also aint a fan of them - _ -
as..well...i think that that anti hero person would really just say 'oh i can't be bothered' and ignore the whole thing lol.
