Visitors

I am Ohio.

Journal Entry: Sat Nov 7, 2009, 12:17 AM
This is relevance.

Thanks to *Inonibird, I've become more happy about where I live. I don't care for football or all that crap, though I am EXTREMELY proud of the OSU Marching Band: the Best Damn Band in the Land. The only other band I feel like competes with OSU Marching Band? OU Marching Band!

Even though it's not the most desirable living conditions, I believe that Ohio brings out some of the greatest minds and people in the land.

Chris Columbus - directed Home Alone and Night at the Museum
Wes Craven - what, you don't know who he is? LEAVE
Cathy Guisewite - creator of the Cathy comic
Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster - creators of SUPERMAN
Steven Spielberg - famous director/producer of way to many films to mention
R. L. Stine - horror author extraordinaire
Bill Watterson - creater of Calvin & Hobbes comic

James A. Garfield - U.S. President
Ulysses S. Grant - U.S. President
Warren G. Harding - U.S. President
Benjamin Harrison - U.S. President
Rutherford B. Hayes - U.S. President
William McKinley - U.S. President
Neil Armstrong - FIRST MAN ON THE MOON
Thomas Edison - he invented the modern era of technology
Wright brothers - they're the reason flying is possible

Halle Berry - Storm in live action
Drew Carey - his own show and Whose Line is it Anyway?
Nancy Cartwright - voice of Bart Simpson
Dave Chappelle - his own show
Tom Cruise - okay, there are a couple exceptions to "great minds"
Phyllis Diller - classy actress
Ryan Dunn - Jackass and Viva La Bam regular
Carmen Electra - she dies in the beginning of Scary Movie
Woody Harrelson - great actor, lots of movies
Steve Harvey - his own show
Katie Holmes - original actress for female lead in Batman Begins
Bob Hope - classic comedian and actor
John Lithgow - dude, Dick from 3rd Rock from the Sun
Martin Mull - Principal guy from Sabrina the Teenage Witch
Ed O'Neill - main actor from Married with Children
Sarah Jessica Parker - Sex in the City
Luke Perry - 90210
Martin Sheen - great actor and father of Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen
Hal Sparks - comedian
Fred Willard - awesome actor from the likes of Best in Show
Marilyn Manson - creepy guy
Jack Hanna - IT'S FREAKIN' JACK HANNA THE AMERICAN STEVE IRWIN, but you know, without all the "dainjah"

There's so much more, so click on this link for the list.

So, after all that, tell me if any surprised you. When you're done, check out this awesome thing *Inonibird did.

Oh, and I don't like talking about current events or politics. I choose not to let people know if I'm upset or happy about such things. I would appreciate it if you did the same for me.

For those of you who want a good web comic to read, you should check this out.

Please tell me you aren't trying to draw well.
:iconspoonybard:
Why do you say that, may I ask?

To be forgotten is worse than death.
:iconblobgi:
It's all flat, to be honest. It also kinda seems out of place.
:iconspoonybard:
I am trying. Just trying to improve myself and develop my own style.

Don't really compare me with the pros on the site. But do compare my new art compared to my old art.

Every new deviation, I try to do something different or more complicated. I am putting them up as prints, but that's only because I am really proud of them.

I'm refraining from shading and detailing because I'm try to build enough confidence to merely put my ideas on paper and have them look like what I want.
